I’ve been keeping a watchful eye on the storm to our south.  As of today it looks as though it will miss us completely.  However, it appears those in its track, roughly 20 million people by the time it hits NYC will be in for a record-setter.

On a side note, my wife had a student who keeps a weather blog, which I find to be very well done and informative.  Especially considering that he is a sophomore in high school.  He is self-taught to date and even caught the eye of the Weather Channel where he was invited to visit.  His name is Jack Sillin and you can subscribe to his blog and visit his website here:
